Jason Lee 

Property Manager

Since July of 2015, Jason has been responsible for organizing the day to day operations on the 1628-acre Plas Newydd property including the 876 acres that is dedicated to Wapato Valley Mitigation and Conservation Bank. This includes maintenance of infrastructure, grounds, fields, roads and equipment. Jason manages Plas Newydd Farm’s sustainable livestock grazing operations and invasive weed program on the entire property. Jason lives on the property and brings 20 years of local and site-specific knowledge to the development and implementation of Wapato Valley Mitigation and Conservation Bank, making valuable contributions to our monitoring, design and construction process. As an active member of the Ridgefield community, Jason contributes local insight and perspective on sustainable farm operations to the management team. Jason has a diverse background as an entrepreneur and agricultural leader and being raised on a commercial cattle and hay operation brings many years of diverse problem solving, helping to ensure that challenges are met with safe and sound solutions. Jason enjoys participating in outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
